We enjoyed our stay, the helpfulness of front desk staff, and breakfast. Thank you!

Breakfast, which we didn't originally intend to add, was delicious-above expectations. Your reception desk staff was excellent. Catching the bus across the street was simple, but we were not able to find the one to the Colosseum at the stop around the block. The only suggestion we would have for other out of towners using the bus is to be sure which bus stop will get you back to the hotel!

good but overpriced for what offers

the big space that the court had. the pool was a nice touch in that warm period of the year. breakfast was diversified. Jenny, the reception and the bar staff were always so kind and nice to us during our stay.

rooms did not look that spectacular or simply maintenance being done to them. walls were having marks on them we had ants in some areas of the room the bathroom door was not closing easily but you had to lift it up to not make noise

The room was very comfortable and the hotel itself is very well kept.

Location is a little awkward if you aren’t familiar with the area although I would say the staff did try to support us where necessary. Booked breakfast on arrival for the 3 mornings, but missed one of the mornings so probably should have just paid as we ate, although when we arrived for breakfast there was nobody to check on who was eating so you could have literally just turned up without paying nothing. I seen the list with our name and room number, which was visible on arrival into the dining area, but never once asked before seating ourselves.

Did what we wanted. I wanted a safe space for our car when in Rome while we used public transport.

Staff excellent. For me, this forgives a lot of other sins.

Free water in the room. We had to buy bottles from the bar before going to bed. (After buying and drinking a couple of bottles of wine in the bar!) :) Staff in the bar Excellent. Only a small reception bar.

Pleasantly surprised

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Especially Zahid in the bar area who was very good at his job and passionate about providing good service. The rooms were large and comfortable. The location was not central, but it was very easy to get to our chosen destination using public transport with a bus stop directly outside the hotel for a short cheap (€1.50) trip into the centre. Reception were more than happy to assist us in our exploration of their beautiful city.

We chose to have breakfast at the hotel, and the dining area was very clean. There could have been a little more variety, i.e., sausage instead of hot dogs and maybe beans or tomatoes. We would have liked a larger cup for tea/coffee. What was available was always fresh and plenty of it.

Wonderful

The room was spacious enough, it was well cleaned every day and there were enough amenities in the bathroom. Ladies at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating!

Even though it's only 10-12 min walk from the subway station, there's literally no sidewalk. The hotel is located far in the suburbs so in order to get some food or else you have to walk along the high wall with no sidewalk. Apart the location the hotel was very good!

Not perfect but decent for staying with a baby.

Baby stroller accessible with an elevator. Refrigerator available. Clean.

The refrigerator was not working. - Got to change the room. The door for the new room was broken and did not close all the way. 10mins+ walk to the subway station. The street to the station is very narrow and get close to traffic. No supermarket within 10mins walk. Expensive but maybe the same in all Rome.

Wonderful experience. Would stay here again.

All the staff was very courteous and friendly. We arrived early so they took in our luggage. The hotel is o le a few minutes away from the main tourists attractions but on a quiet street away from the traffic noise. The bus stops almost in front of the hotel. The shuttle to the airport also stops within walking distance. The drive to FCO airport is only 30 minutes. Excellent hotel, definitely recommend!

It was a pleasure to have a clean, spacious, calm hotelto retreat after daily touristing in Rome

The extra plus in the hotel is the nice outdoor pool, in a peaceful green area. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast is good and very well sorted. The only thing less charming is the breakfast room itself in a lower part of the building. One small detail they could improve us changing the very hectic italian pop playlist (every day the same) during breakfast, for more calm, elegant and peaceful loung music.

I really enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast was good with a nice variety of choices. The pool was really nice, after a hot day walking around Rome. The location is a little far from Rome central city, taxi was about $ 15 euros one way, depending on where you were going. The room I had was very small, but not unusual for Rome. Very quiet room, never heard a sound at night. The staff was wonderful, always willing to help grab a taxi or schedule anything you needed.
